Pastor LaShonda C. Harrell is an licensed and ordained Pastor of The Upper Room Deliverance Ministries Inc. in Atlantic City New Jersey. She was ordained and licensed by Bishop T.H. Swension of the American Fellowship of Churches who presides over the California District. Pastor Harrell is a Non-Denominational pastor that provides weddings of all denominational ceremonies. However, Pastor Harrell is under no obligation legally nor spiritually to join same sex couples in civil unions. It is to her discretion rather she officiate these types of ceremonies.

Fees

Officiant's fees are included in the packages and doesn't incure separate fees for services rendered upon booking. If the couple only need specific items for their wedding and reception separate from any wedding package such as an officiant, a set fee of $375.00 paid to Pastor LaShonda C. Harrell. A $100.00 non refundable deposit guarentees the date due no later than one week of initial meeting, telephone call, and/or internet contact. The balance can be satisfied the day of wedding ceremony. Please Note: Only money order and cash payments. Due to this economy, credit cards are not excepted. If booking officiant at spare of the moment, half of the fee must be rendered two days after initial contact. The balance is due day of.

If ceremony is within 30 miles of Pastor LaShonda Harrell's residence, transportaion fees are set and can be negotiated.

$50.00 for any place 45 miles radius.

$100.00 for any place 45 miles or greater.

Out of State, traveling expences and lodging charges are excluded from officiant's regular fee. Final quote will be issued in an email or telephone conversation.

Services

New couples looking forward in exchanging vows are subjected to 7 weeks of marriage counseling. These sessions are geared towards couples who haven't known eachother longer than one year and need guidence for marriage. Pastor Harrell offers one initial free counsultation to properly determine if counseling is important for the couple. Counseling fees are not included in any of the packages. The fee is $100.00 per session that is NON REFUNDABLE.

Pastor Harrell is available for after-the-wedding counseling. This is for those couples who hit a rough patch in their marriage and need spiritual counsultation. Depending on the nature of disagreement between the couple will determine if short or long term counseling is needed. The initial counsultation is at no cost. There is a fee of $75.00 per physical hour. Telephone contacts are free of charge if being consulted by Pastor Harrell. This implies to couples who haven't been married by Pastor Harrell. Any couple that Pastor Harrell has married and seeks counseling, the fee of $40.00 per physical hour is applied. All payments are due before services are rendered and are NON REFUNDABLE.
